What tools should you use in your internet business?

One of the questions I’m most often asked is where to secure the products and services you need to run a successful internet business.

In other words, how do you choose the right host when you’re starting out? How about the right business structure? Who is a good copywriter?

Below are links to some of my favorite resources.

Web Hosting
There are cheap hosts and expensive hosts, but the best customer service I have ever experienced has come from this little $10 a month web host. I recommend them highly when you’re starting out:
Fast and Reliable Hosting

Optimizepress – The Easy Way to Create Websites, Squeeze Pages, and More Designed for WordPress.  This is what I personally use for many of my sales pages and my membership site.

Autoresponders
If you’re looking for an autoresponder only for handling your email list and sending out blog broadcasts like I often do, then the best tool is:

How about an autoresponder that not only tracks opens and clicks, but sales of your products?  Plus you can get it free for up to 5,000 subscribers:

Order Forms and Affiliate System
Create high converting cart pages, upsells & affiliate campaigns with ease.

CD and DVD Duplication
You can’t beat the pricing and speed of Kunaki when it comes to duplication of your CDs and DVDs. They even ship directly to your customers:

Fulfillment
What if you also have 3 ring binders or manuals in your packages in addition to CDs and DVDs? Then the solution is to go with a fulfillment company. My choice:

Transcription
I used to think transcribers were all the same, until I experienced great quality compared the normal poor quality transcript you receive everywhere else. Go here:

Other Services Not Listed
Another great place to find writers, programmers, and more is over on the Warrior Forum. They have a section dedicated to finding people to help with your work:

Webinars
Are you looking to do webinars every month for up to 1,000 people each? The best tool I’ve seen for this is:
https://www.zoom.com

Print and Mail
Ever wonder how I send out my monthly print newsletter or postcards? The easiest tool for printing and mailing out to your list are one of these two options (both good choices):
http://www.click2mail.com
http://www.printingforless.com

PPC Management
I love PPC. Adwords is one of my favorite ways of driving traffic quickly for testing different sites. But not everyone enjoys Adwords…and it can become time consuming unless you’re an expert with it.

Copywriting
You need sales copy that converts.  Here are a few copywriters that write high-converting direct response copy.  Good copy is worth it.  Expect $1,000+ for any type of copy project.

LLC and Corporate Structure
I don’t talk a lot about business structure or protecting your business assets because it isn’t my expertise. Here is a low cost way to form your LLC or corporation:
LegalZoom

Over time I will be adding more tools and services to this listing to keep it up to date. I’ll let you know as I update it.
