I’m in a blessed position.

I’m not limited just to my own experience with money and online business.

My one-on-one coaching has given me the unique vantage point of seeing behind-the-scenes into businesses at all different levels in all different markets.

Some clients started completely from scratch online.

Others already had 7-figure and up businesses.

Most clients come to me either to help them grow their profits…or streamline their systems to reduce the time they spend working.  In some cases, they simply want the ability to bounce ideas off someone who understands their situation or have an open door to get feedback when it’s needed.

It’s amazing the insights you receive from seeing the inner workings of so many online businesses along with having regular conversations with successful entrepreneurs.

Here is one little insight that will hopefully help you.

Mindset matters.

Yes, you need to find a hungry buying market.  You need to make irresistible offers.  You need to consistently communicate with your audience.  And you need systems in place that deliver results for your customers and clients.

But your mindset makes a big difference in whether you accomplish those goals or not.

Here are 3 millionaire mindset secrets of successful online entrepreneurs…

#1: Optimism.

Successful online entrepreneurs have confidence toward their future.

They have a vision of what’s possible and they’re consistently moving toward it.

They see the opportunities available to them.

Don’t confuse this for blind optimism. They’re not ignoring the inevitable problems or the challenges that come up.  Instead, they have confidence they can overcome these challenges.  They surround themselves with others who can help them keep moving forward.

Challenges can be opportunities in disguise.

You’ll have many opportunities to give up and quit on your journey to success!  That’s not something you often hear in the rah-rah space of online marketing, but it’s the reality.

You need a basic level of confidence in your abilities and those you surround yourself with to make it through everything you’ll face.

#2: Investor.

They think like a long-term investor.

It’s not just about a quick win, although those can be helpful as well.  Instead, it’s about planning two or three steps ahead.

If you’re going to invest your time (notice the word ‘invest’ there) in learning a new skill, it needs to be something that can payoff for you for years to come.

Let’s say you launch a new offer. You make money this week, but what is the next step?  How will it plug into your overall funnel? Can you expand on it with joint venture partners or paid ads?  Can you rerun the exact same special 3 months from now or 6 months from now?  How can you turn it into ongoing, passive income?

Creating systems for any routine activity is a part of this. Continually ask yourself how you can produce even better results in less time.

Bringing on a new team member may look like an expense initially, but will it free you up to invest your time in higher value activities?

#3: Teamwork

When you’re thinking about implementing something new, you may ask yourself, “How can I do this?”

First, you need to ask whether the activity is right for your business at all.  Eliminate unnecessary activities before automating or delegating them.

The next question you should ask is, “Who should do this?”

Perhaps the answer is someone other than you.

This applies even if you’re a solopreneur.

Just because you don’t have any direct employees doesn’t mean you don’t need a team.

You might pay an ad manager to handle your advertising. You might have a part-time customer support agent. You have a CPA and bookkeeper.  Perhaps you pay a webmaster on monthly retainer to handle all issues with your website and put-up new landing pages.  Or it could be a designer you hire just for individual projects.

Growing too fast can be a problem. But it’s also a problem when you allow yourself to become the bottleneck in your business.

Too many online entrepreneurs burn themselves out because they’re carrying a load no one should have to carry alone.

Take list building for example.

Grow your list with hungry buyers, and your income can grow right alongside it.

But you can soon find yourself drained if you’re following popular list building methods that aren’t the right fit for you and your audience.

That’s why my Authority Lists & Traffic course will show you how to attract ready-to-buy subscribers with a personalized list building blueprint that’s quick, easy, and fun for YOU to implement.

Perhaps you’re not the person who should be doing the list building at all.

For example, one of my clients has a hands-free list building system in place. He has an irresistible offer that includes several free courses…and he has an agency that manages both his SEO and Google Ads…which has created an avalanche of leads that continues to grow consistently for him.

Is that the right plan for you?  I don’t know, because I don’t know you or your audience.

But Authority Lists & Traffic can help you put together a customized list building system for your business.
