You can earn a great income with high-paid manual labor.
For example, medical doctors do well.
And if you have strong positioning, you can earn a good income as a consultant, coach, copywriter, etc.
But true freedom comes from money producing assets.
You get paid through the labor of others…whether you’re working or not.
This includes investing in real estate, stocks, and bonds.
It also comes from your own business.
What money producing assets did you produce this week?
Perhaps you put together a new, evergreen course.
Or you recorded the initial training for a group coaching program.
Or you created a series of Youtube videos all optimized to attract your ideal customers and grow your channel.
Or you wrote a new free Lead Magnet to get more website visitors to join your email list.
Evergreen content and products that create ongoing income are obvious assets.
Work once and get paid on it forever.
This goes deeper as well.
If you turn something you do on a routine basis into a step-by-step procedure, that’s an asset as well.
It saves you time.
This is especially true if you hire someone to handle the procedure for you.
Now you can multiply your results while you focus your time on higher value activities.
What about making a connection with a potential joint venture partner?
It could be through a podcast interview. A friend might have introduced you to them. Or you met them at a conference.
No matter how you made the connection, look for ways you can help each other today along with how you can create additional ongoing revenue streams going forward.

Growing and consistently communicating with your email list is one of my favorite assets.
Every system you put in place to attract new subscribers grows your income.
Every email you write becomes another asset. It can be repurposed into other forms of content as well.
Sending a special offer with a hard deadline to your email list is almost like money-on-demand.
I have clients who rerun virtually the same offers and emails as holiday specials every year (their Mother’s Day special this year is the same one that produced well last year).
Once they find something that works like crazy, they keep reusing it.
