ChatGPT has been all the rage lately!
By now, I’m sure you’ve heard of it, likely played with it, and maybe even used it to help you streamline aspects of your business.
It’s just one of many AI tools being made available now.
GPT-3 is the core technology behind ChatGPT and it’s being used in all kinds of apps.
It’s crazy to think about what is coming down the pipeline later this year…and especially over the next decade.
We’re only in the beginning of this revolution.
Virtually everything as we know it will change…for both good and bad.
It’s terrifying to me to imagine how corrupt governments might use AI to further control their populations.
But let’s keep this focused on the future of online business, especially for us small and home-based entrepreneurs.
What do all the AI tools mean to us?
FREEDOM.
You might have expected me to say that.
AI can become your personal marketing assistant.
For example, let’s say you want to write a headline for a sales page, title for a blog post, or subject line for an email.
Start off by asking questions about the audience. What are their hopes, dreams, and fears? What types of keywords are buyer searching for and what questions are they asking?
Then tell your AI tool to brainstorm 10 titles (or 100).
Choose one of the titles or mix-and-match the ideas it gave you to come up with your own. One of the biggest benefits of AI right now is the brainstorming ability to spit out a bunch of ideas quickly.
Now tell it to write an outline for the chosen topic.
From there, tell it to write the introduction from the outline. Go through each of the outlined steps having write each piece for you.
Content writing apps like https://www.jasper.ai, https://www.copy.ai, and https://inkforall.com are doing these types of prompts behind the scenes.
By the way, I’m only going to list a few tools as examples here.
At the moment, you still need to edit and add life to the content. For example, you need to integrate your own story and personality into it.
Once the content is written, you could then turn it into a video.

Now you have a video produced straight from your script.

But won’t content creators, designers, and copywriters lose their jobs?
Sure, the bad ones will.
If all someone does is churn out writing or simple designs…they’re in trouble.
The money is in knowing how to put everything together.
These new tools, which are only going to grow from here, can make the process quicker and easier.
You’re the one who gives them life.
The need to understand your audience and the ability to craft a persuasive message isn’t going to change.
