Launching a new product can be a great way to create a large surge in income.
But product launches are also a load of work!
That’s the part no one likes to talk about.
What do you do AFTER the product launch…or in between product launches?
Do you just struggle along until you have another one ready to go…or do you jump on the internet marketer’s product launch train and promote every new product that comes down the road?
All that does is feed the BSO mentality (Bright Shiny Objects). It sends people scrambling from one new thing to the next. That’s no way to build a business.
Instead, use email to build relationships.
Give value. Help subscribers in their daily life. Make a personal connection.
And most important of all, inspire your audience.
Inspire them to a greater life…no matter your industry.
That’s why I constantly come back to my core slogan of Earn More, Work Less, and Enjoy Life!
The Internet can give you a lifestyle of FREEDOM.
You choose who you work with…what you do…and where you do it from.
Never before has there been such an opportunity to live FREE. You can run a profitable business from anywhere with a good internet connection.
I get excited talking about the freedom online, but let’s get back on point.
Product launches are good. They create a surge of income. But what happens in between those big launches is even more important.
You should have profits coming in every single day…whether you’re having a big event or not.
That’s one of the beauties of having an autoresponder sequence in place.
New visitors come to your site. They join your list. They automatically receive valuable content that educates, entertains, and inspires them.
Along with that content, they’re receiving links to your products and services.
And they buy.
Sales are consistently coming in.
In addition to those automatic emails that go out to every new subscriber, you can plug-in special offers throughout the year.
For example, one of my clients recently finished his full year of special offers. Each month he has at least one, if not two, specials already written.
This month of course is the big Black Friday special…which will be the exact same special he ran last year. Next month he has a Christmas special. And so on through the year.
These are for products he already has, and they’re specials he already tested last year! Many of them have now run profitably for years.
Not only is his autoresponder sequence generating automated profits, but his preprogrammed special broadcasts are also ready to go.
Any product launches are gravy on top of the automated systems.
The key is using the right kind of ongoing communication with your audience.
Sales should always be coming in. Some emails will be home runs. Others may be a base hit with only a few sales. And a few will even strike out.
That’s OK. It’s all part of the game.
Writing emails like this is FUN.
If you’re not having fun, maybe you’re not using the right system.
