You’re not paid for the hours you work in your business.
You’re paid for the value you create.
The more leverage you use to create that value, the wider audience you can reach.
That’s why it’s vital to focus on high value work, and implement systems to get more done in less time.
I’ve invested over 6 months in putting together courses before.
I’ve finished others in as little as 2 days.
There is NO correlation whatsoever between how long it takes to create a product and how much money it earns.
What matters is how well you can solve a desperate problem for a hungry buying audience.
If you can provide a complete solution your audience can quickly implement in a 2-hour course, that’s better than a course that takes 20 hours to get through…which they probably will never complete anyway.
It’s NOT about the length of the course.
It’s about creating results for your buyers.
Today we’re overwhelmed with information.
You can find thousands of hours of content on virtually any topic on Youtube alone. It’s not the volume of information that’s valuable, it’s that you’ve boiled down the information into a simple system they can quickly implement.
You can show them a quicker, easier or more effective way to get the results they want.
If you were given 2 hours with someone, what desperate problem could you help them solve?
Answer that question and you have a potential online course.
Or instead of just creating another course, you could take a small group through a 2-hour workshop where you personally help them implement the solution.
You wouldn’t be able to help someone lose 10 pounds in 2 hours. That’s not humanly possible!
But in 2 hours you could help them customize an eating plan to help them lose as much weight as they want.
The key here is figuring out what you can help someone implement in a short period.
It’s not about more information. It’s about implementation.
There’s also no reason to put an artificial 2-hour time limit on this.
What if you had 4 hours or 8 hours available?
What could you help someone implement in that time frame?
Whether 2 hours, 8 hours, or even longer…you could create an online workshop where you help clients over a one- or two-day period.
Create a high value, fast payday during the online workshop.
Record the workshop and sell it as an evergreen course going forward.
Get paid to create the content. And get paid for the content on an ongoing basis.
You’ll discover how to come up with online workshop ideas, how to price them, tips for helping clients implement, and how to turn them into an evergreen product.
You’ll also be given a step-by-step system for selling your workshops to a small list or on social media.
A website or sales page isn’t even required to sell the workshop. You wouldn’t need one until selling the evergreen course.
Discover how to create and sell your own workshops in the September issue of the Club, being mailed out to all members on September 1st.
