Change is HARD.

But it’s also required.

What are you dissatisfied about in your life or business right now? The end of 2015 is only a few weeks away. Hopefully you’ve moved forward this year and you’ve been happy with the results.

But if not, what will you do differently next year?

If you want different results, you have to take different actions.

It’s often much easier to simply sit in your comfort zone…even if it’s not all that comfortable.

I’ve had a good reminder of this recently.

It’s been in the 70’s here in Florida over the past week. It’s awesome! I’m sitting out by the pool as I write this email.

I was thinking back to 2009 when I lived in Indiana.

I was born, grew up, got married, and started my business in Indiana. It was good to me.

It was comfortable except in the winter time. My wife and I owned a farmhouse out in the country. Here’s the thing about the country. It’s quiet, but it’s also the last place that street crews remove the snow from the road.

We would be snowed in for several days every single winter…cold, snowy, stay-in-the-house winter.

There was a snowstorm that last year where we couldn’t even get our 4 wheel drive Toyota Tundra down our driveway. Our neighbor drove across a cornfield in a diesel truck to visit us because that was easier than taking the road.

That’s when I finally decided it was time to move to a warmer climate.

It had to get painful before I was willing to move.

When it comes down to it, there are two motivations for action: Pleasure or Pain.

Pain is the stronger motivation.

A lot of people will be making New Year’s Resolutions in a few weeks.

The majority of them will be cast aside within a few days. Others may make it a week or even a month. Very few will continue for the long haul.

Many of the biggest business breakthroughs come because someone gets fed up with where they are right now.

They bring team members into their business because they’re so overworked.

They put new systems in place because they can’t handle the confusion any longer.

They build a monthly continuity because they get so frustrated by the ups and downs of their monthly income without it.

What is it in your life or business that you’re finally fed up with enough that you’re willing to do something about it?

Maybe you want freedom from a j-o-b.

Maybe you’re so tired of inconsistent traffic that you’re willing to run paid traffic campaigns you control.

If you’re tired of not being able to turn visitors and leads into sales, maybe you’re willing to start using an email marketing system that’s proven to work.

It’s NOT about just sending out content.

It’s about finding your voice, making a personal connection, and positioning your offer as the solution to a problem.

If you’re ready to do that, check out Autoresponder Alchemy.

Make 2016 your best year ever by modeling these proven email templates and step-by-step system for positioning yourself as the obvious choice in your market.
