Bruce Lee’s Marketing Wisdom

“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”
Bruce Lee

I love this quote because it applies to every aspect of online marketing.

Success online isn’t achieved by going wide.

It’s by going deep.

Instead of driving yourself crazy trying to implement 10 different traffic techniques…start with one.

Master it.

Quit chasing or even paying attention to the flavor of the month.

Track your traffic source. Test your ads. Look at every stat provided to you. For example, maybe you review your stats for Facebook ads and you find 45 to 64-year-old females are the primary buyers.

Or perhaps your audience is much more likely to purchase during specific times or days of the week. Create an ad with a Lifetime budget and set the ad to only appear on a specific schedule.

There are so many variables you can change…based on the results you see in your stats.

Someone who just runs a couple of ads and hopes for the best NEVER finds these secrets.

They fail…and they’re off to the next traffic source.

It’s rare that your first try out of the gate is profitable all the way to the sale.

If all you do is dip your toe in the water…you’re pretty much guaranteeing failure and frustration.

We work hard to optimize every step to the sale and beyond.

And that’s the next key. You have to convert your visitors into sales.

As you know, I love using the Golden Glove™ to help my clients convert visitors into income.

It’s one of those kicks I’ve practiced 10,000 times.

It applies to ad copy, emails, opt-in pages, sales pages, sales videos, webinars, and pretty much anything else you use for persuasion.

It’s simple to learn the basics. You’ll usually spot a few conversion cracks on your site within about 15 minutes of learning the system.

But I’m still finding additional applications for it today.

It’s amazing how easy it is to miss the ‘little things’ that cause a dramatic difference in your results.

For example, I’ve tested moving proof such as testimonials earlier on the page multiple times lately with immediate boosts in conversion.

And never underestimate the importance of an Irresistible Offer.

For example, adding just the right bonus can bump your response. Or splitting an offer up into multiple payments. Or even doing a $1 trial with the rest of the payment due in 7 days.

Proof and Irresistible Offer are just two of the conversion fingers on the Golden Glove™.

Recently I did a deep dive into 3 different ways you can use the Golden Glove to attract more leads, sales, and long-term customers.
