The subtitle of a recent members-only webinar was, “How to Overcome the Biggest Obstacle In Your Business – Your Stupid Head!”
You can check out the recording inside the Monthly Mentor Club under the webinars tab.
And the November issue, going to print tomorrow morning early, is about experiencing FREEDOM in the Entrepreneur Zone.
The big theme this month is overcoming the roadblocks that are sabotaging your online business…and likely other elements of your life as well.
Because once you understand the step-by-step systems I share inside the Club, the ball is in your court.
It’s not how much you know.
It’s how much you implement.
And with a little Halloween inspiration, here are a few of the mental monsters seeking to feed on your business.
Overwhelm is a werewolf that’s constantly stalking you.
You get paralyzed by all the activities you’re constantly told you ‘should do’.
You can’t implement because you can’t decide what to move forward with first.
You end up with dozens of half-baked ideas and projects which never get finished.
And even when you do finish your projects, you can’t enjoy them because you’re too busy beating yourself up about everything that’s not done yet.
Just when you think you’ve escaped, you run into the vampire of fear.
What if your idea doesn’t work? What if no one buys? What if everyone unsubscribes from your list?
What If…
Somehow you push forward…but you’re drained of life. What should be an exciting adventure has become a painful slog from one fear to the next.
And just as you round the next corner you come face-to-face with a ghost from your past.
It tells you that you’re just an Imposter.
Look at your past. You’re a fake and a fraud.
You don’t have anything to share.
Why should anyone listen to you?
This monster is a tough one for most of us to overcome. Because we’re very conscious of our inadequacies. And that’s what it uses against us.
It batters you over and over with every one of your failures, until you’re ready to just give in and quit.
That’s when Frankenstein’s monster comes stomping in.
Instead of being yourself, it would be so much easier to steal parts from everyone else.
You try copying someone else’s business model, emails, and brand. But then you end up creating a monster where none of the pieces really match.
If somehow you survive all these monsters, there’s still another threat I’ve seen so many experienced and successful entrepreneurs eventually face.
The zombie horde will use fatigue and even disinterest to bring you down.
You know the systems to use. Your business is working. But you lose the joy you had in the beginning.
You just going through the motions.
You’ll likely face each of these monsters on your internet marketing journey.
But here’s the good news.
I’ve helped clients overcome all of them.
And I’m revealing how you can overcome your own stupid head in the November issue of the Monthly Mentor Club.
For example, if you’re ready to slay the Imposter Syndrome Ghost, you’ll find the 4-step solution on page 8 and 9 of this month’s issue.
