Two weeks ago I told you about my most profitable funnel in over 20 years.

It’s actually a system I’ve been using for close to 20 years…but never realized just how important it was.

When analyzing the 80/20 of both my most profitable clients’ results and my own results, I finally realized this is the secret link to the majority of our profits.

Of course it starts with your email list.

But you already knew that.

Attract a hungry buying audience.

Send infotaining emails that build a relationship with your audience and sell your products and services.

Use my secret sauce to position yourself as an authority in the market…even if you’re new to the market.

‘Upgrade’ your subscribers into members.

I currently do it with a print newsletter.

These emails are just a taste of what I send to paid members each month.

They get the whole shebang.

I use a print newsletter instead of just a membership site, because it’s about reaching my members out in the real world instead of just cyberspace.

It’s about implementation.

It’s easy to get distracted and forget about the membership.

That print newsletter shows up in your mailbox each month. You’re not forced to read it online (although a PDF version is offered also). You can read it wherever you are. You can put each issue on your desk beside you to reference as often as you need.

I’ve been publishing the Monthly Mentor Club print newsletter for over 9 years now. There are some members who have been part of that entire journey so far.

Without going into all the details, I’m sure you can imagine just how much tighter that bond is with long-term members compared to those just on the free email list.

What do you have in your business that’s creating this kind of long-term relationship?

It doesn’t have to be a print newsletter. That’s just the method I use.

It could be a membership site or several other possibilities.

Giving subscribers a way to ‘upgrade’ into members is a key to multiplying both your authority and your income.
