Which assets in your business are just sitting there waiting for you tap into them for additional profits?

These could include email lists, buyer lists, products, memberships, team members, relationships with influencers, or even personal talents.

As a mentor to Internet Lifestyle business owners, I’m always looking for the available leverage.

When analyzing your website, I might find you’re not using your email list anywhere near its maximum value.

It’s amazing just how much money is often available inside a list when you know how to generate feedback, build a relationship with your subscribers, and make irresistible offers.

Usually there are several opportunities to grow the list faster hidden throughout your site and social media accounts.

And it gets even more exciting when you’re looking at following up on your buyers.

The real money is in the buyer’s list.

What products and offers do you have in your vault?

When interviewing a new client, I’m often surprised at how they had a homerun promotion which eventually fell to the wayside.

A new bright and shiny object grabbed their attention and they never got back to the homerun again.

I know, because I’ve done it myself!

Sometimes your next breakthrough can be as simple as going through your old promotions and figuring out how to update and rerun a proven winner.

What about your human capital?

If you have a trusted team member, that’s a major asset.

How can you maximize the value you’re getting out of them? What other skills do they have or want to develop? How can you encourage them to become even more valuable to your company?

And you might even have relationships with influencers that you’ve developed over time. Perhaps you met them at conferences, but you haven’t followed up. You’ve given testimonials for their products and you know they will respond if you give them a call. You might have interviewed them for a product or a podcast. How can you go back to them with an opportunity they’ll be interested in?

And then we come to your greatest asset of you…yourself.

What skills have you developed that you’re not fully utilizing in your business?

These could be skills such as writing, creating videos, or optimizing an Adwords account.

Or it could be as simple as an attention grabbing story from your background.

This is one that can even fit a brand new beginner just getting started online.

Passion is great, but it’s not enough to choose a market on its own. You also need a hungry buying audience and value to share.

An attention grabbing story is a HUGE bonus.

It could be a ‘rags-to-riches’ type story of how you overcame impossible challenges. Or it could be a story about how you helped someone else overcome those challenges.

I’ve heard many people claim they didn’t have any untapped assets, but I’ve yet to find that to ever be true.

There is always something hiding under the surface.

That’s why the September issue of the Monthly Mentor Club is all about leveraging those assets for a quick profit booster…whether you’ve been in business for years or you’re just starting out.

You’ll see some of the questions I ask my one-on-one coaching clients as I’m digging through their brains and their businesses to see where the money is hiding.

This month’s issue is going out September the 1st and is basically your own Internet Mentor In-a-Box designed to help you find and capitalize on Quick Wins in your online business.
