This constant bombardment of our shortcomings and failures affects us mentally.
Combine this with how social media has taken over our lives.
Some claim social media brought a new level of authenticity.
But the reality is most of what you see on Facebook and the like are everyone else’s highlight reels.
It’s the edited version of their lives.
It can appear all of your friends’ lives are amazing, while yours is just average.
Being human means having strengths and weaknesses.
It means facing insecurities and doubts.
It means both good times and bad.
The reason I used the subject line, “You’re AWESOME” is because you are.
You needed a reminder.
You have value.
The world is waiting for the value only you can share.
You have a lifetime of experiences.
You have a unique perspective.
Break free from your fear.
Be willing to be different.
I don’t know what business you’re in or what your message is.
But it’s inside you waiting to come out.
