A majority of your income comes from a small subset of your customers and clients.
Based on the 80/20 rule, we can expect 80% or more of your income to come from 20% or less of your customers.
That’s why you want to create multiple levels of products, services, and possibly even access to you personally.
The majority of subscribers will never buy anything.
Some will take that first step and buy your lower cost products.
Others will move a little deeper and join your monthly continuity or auto-ship program.
And still others will jump in with both feet for everything you offer…the maximum benefits they can experience.
I get a reminder of how important it is to build multiple price levels into your system whenever I go deep into my own numbers or review sales numbers with clients.
Some of my one-on-one clients have been with me for 10 years! They’re individually worth over a hundred thousand dollars or more.
And that’s just the beginning.
When I look at my higher ticket offers and private clients, the majority of them are on my email list for months or even years.
This demonstrates the importance of continually sending out emails to your list.
They might not buy today.
And they might not buy tomorrow.
But months or even years down the road, they choose to take action to improve their lives.
And you’re there for them when they’re ready.
You’re the one who has been providing value and encouraging them to move forward.
But have you ever realized how important the first few emails you send to a new subscriber are?
If you don’t grab their attention in the beginning, they might not even read your future emails.
And they form an initial impression of you over those first few emails.
You can create a long-term harvest of customers and clients by planting the right little seeds within your initial email sequence.
Those emails should introduce new subscribers to what’s unique about you and your offer. This should include your origin story, but it goes deeper than that.
I have a step-by-step list of little persuasion seeds you should plant within a few emails.
Some subscribers buy immediately, and you want to maximize those sales.
Others may not buy today, but those seeds will begin to grow.
They stay on your list. They consume the content. They get to know you.
And when it’s time, they buy.
In the June issue of the Monthly Mentor Club coming out on June 1st, I’ll be sharing how to write your initial email follow-up sequence for maximum return-on-investment.
You’ll discover these invisible persuasion techniques you can use to bond with your new subscribers, deliver long-term value to their life, and harvest those seeds into high value customers and clients.
You can earn money from your list today.
