Many corporate managers, doctors, dentists, and other high-level professionals have been clients over the years.

Even successful brick-and-mortar business owners often desire to set-up new income streams in an online business.

It’s not just about the money.

It’s about the freedom.

And something I’ve noticed is that those from these professions often have an advantage when they come online.

They understand the value of their time.

Before I started online, my last job was delivering pizzas for a living.

My time wasn’t worth much to me back then.

Compare that to a doctor or another professional.

They can’t afford to waste time trying to do everything.

Outsourcing makes sense to them.

And they often already have experience doing it either in business or their personal life.

They hire a webmaster to manage their websites and other tech.

If they’re putting together an online course, they may recruit and pay an expert to produce the content…or at least a portion of the content.

They know they don’t have to do it themselves.

They hire someone to shoot and edit their videos.

They have an ad manager for Facebook and/or Google.

Not only do they save time on all these activities, but it means they get to focus on what’s most important.

They master what brings in the money instead of having to be a jack-of-all-trades.

Yes, I know…not everyone can afford to outsource everything in the beginning.

Remember, I’ve been there. I was broke when I started online.

I’m simply making an observation from what I’ve seen from years of helping clients create Freedom Lifestyle businesses online.

Having an outsourcing and partnering mentality from day one is an advantage.

Since I started out doing everything myself, it’s something I’ve struggled with personally.

That’s why I recommend you start outsourcing immediately.

Maybe it’s not even something all that big in the beginning.

Hire someone on Fiverr or Upwork to do some design work such as a logo or graphic.

If you’re putting together a book, hire someone for editing, interior layout, and cover design.

Instead of learning how to set-up WordPress or install Analytics on your website, hire someone to do it for you.

Don’t let tech be a barrier to you. It’s often one of the lowest cost activities to outsource.

A Freedom Lifestyle means focusing on the 80/20 in your business.

Eliminate anything you don’t need. Automate systems to get more done in less time. And delegate where possible.

You can’t afford to do everything yourself.

That’s a shift in perspective from thinking you can’t afford to delegate. The truth is that you can’t afford not to in today’s complicated world.
