Is Your Business Too Complicated?

“Everything Should Be Made as Simple as Possible, But Not Simpler”
Attributed to Albert Einstein

Simplicity has been a theme of multiple calls with clients over the past couple of weeks.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of complexity.

You keep adding more and more to your business.

New products.

Additional ads.

Multiple lists.

More support.

Juggling joint venture promotions.

Soon you’re burned out…and everything suffers.

If you’re feel exhausted or overwhelmed with your business, your business model may be too complicated.

Too many pieces have to go right for you to succeed.

You might have multiple products competing with each other.

Most websites have too many options and don’t give a clear path for visitors.

A confused mind doesn’t buy.

And if you’re confused, you know your customers are!

Cut it back to the essentials.

For example, you need a source of high-quality buying traffic.

Of course, it’s great if you can plug-in multiple sources of traffic, but MASTER one source first.

Get people on a list.

Promote an irresistible offer immediately to turn subscribers into sales.

Offer related upsells that deliver results quicker or easier.

Then continue to offer a subscription or higher ticket offers to the list.

Or you could skip the free email list entirely like many of my clients selling consumer products.

Sell a product upfront.

Build a list of buyers.

Sell additional products and services to your buyers list, especially on auto-ship or as packages.

Did you catch what both the methods above had in common?

Attract traffic. Get them on a list. Make a sale. Follow-up for more income.

Or…

Attract traffic. Make a sale. Get them on a list. Follow-up for more income.

All we did was move where the sale happens.

The purpose of the first sale is to generate a customer.

The money comes from the follow-up.

And the follow-up doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as sending infotaining emails that make a connection while leading customers to the next solution you have available to them.

Many of these additional offers could be from affiliates programs.

Are you concentrating on what brings in the money?

Or are you busy running down half a dozen different rabbit trails?

Focus on the list and the follow-up.

My Autoresponder Alchemy will show you how to connect with your subscribers…and turn your list into income consistently.

The power behind the list is what set me free from my last job back in 1996…and it’s still the secret behind a majority of the income my clients and I earn online.

This is the quickest and easiest way to start creating profitable emails…whether you consider yourself a writer or not.
