Stop looking for a wide-open market.

Those disappeared years ago.

It scares me when I see a market without any competition today. It’s not likely that I’ve stumbled upon an idea no one in the world has ever thought of before. Others have probably tried to enter the market and failed.

Instead, what I get excited about is a competitive market where people are succeeding in spite of themselves.

There are obvious problems with their products, copy, or follow-up.

But let’s say you’re in a saturated market full of incredible competitors.

That’s a pretty common scenario today.

Contrary to common wisdom, it doesn’t mean you’re out-of-luck.

As a small business, your Big Idea doesn’t have to transform the world.

It just needs to stand out as the obvious choice to a portion of your market.

It doesn’t need to be the best product for everyone.

Just being the perfect fit for a portion of the market can produce a very nice income online.
